Dr. Moses Onciu has over 30 years of business experience in business and finance, is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management, and has received a degree of both a Dr. of Finance (Dfin) and Dr. of Management (Dmin) from Phoenix University of Theology and has consulted on numerous international projects in the areas of finance and development.

He is a Certified Loan Specialist/Broker and a Master Broker with one of the largest private investor finance capital funds in the USA, as well as an approved broker with "top 10" funding platforms across the country.

Although our new corporate entity started in 2020, Dr. Onciu has been involved in the financial sector, both domestically and internationally, for over 30 year. After serving his country for 14 years, he established Sterling Crest International Inc. in 1980 to consult with and provide financial services to large investors and project developers. He began investing in single family homes personally and quickly realized the "bottleneck" to investing was the lack of available main stream funding for small investors with little to no relationship to the banks and funding pools.

Dr. Onciu began sourcing and establishing relationships with private individual and corporate money lenders for his personal real estate investing and soon expanded his services to assist other small investors in obtaining funding for viable projects.

Dr. Onciu and his wife Rev. Mary Onciu (deceased) are Ordained Ministers, and have established humanitarian and ministry projects around the world to include the United States, India, the Philippines, Nepal, Romania, Serbia and Mexico.

Dr. Onciu also supports various other humanitarian projects in Serbia, Burundi, India, Mexico, Siberia and Uganda from the proceeds of his various businesses and personal funds.
